Description

Caramel Apple Cheesecake Bars are a delicious dessert that combines the flavors of creamy cheesecake, sweet caramel, and tart apples, all in a convenient bar form.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups peeled and diced apples
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Fold in the diced apples and cinnamon into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Pour the apple cheesecake mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set. Remove from the oven and let cool.
  7. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top before serving. Cut into bars and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use brown sugar instead of granulated sugar in the crust.
  • Feel free to add nuts for extra crunch.
