Description

A rich and indulgent dessert combining layers of brownie, cheesecake, and caramel for a decadent treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs (for cheesecake layer)
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and pour into a greased 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Bake the brownies for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the baked brownies.
  7. Drizzle caramel sauce and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  8. Bake for an additional 30-35 minutes until the cheesecake is set.
  9. Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate brownie mix.
  • Top with extra caramel sauce before serving for added sweetness.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
