  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine the chopped red bell peppers, sugar, apple cider vinegar, and lime juice.
  2. Add the chopped ginger, red chili peppers, salt, and garlic powder to the pot.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.
  4. Once boiling, reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the mixture thickens.
  5. Pour the hot jam into sterilized jars and seal them while hot.
  6. Allow the jam to cool completely before storing it in the refrigerator.
