  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package Cheddar Bay biscuit mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, then drain excess fat.
  3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until softened.
  4. Stir in beef broth, mixed vegetables, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Transfer the beef mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
