Cheesy Bacon Ranch Potato Skins You Can’t Resist!

Description

Deliciously crispy potato skins topped with cheesy goodness, crispy bacon, and zesty ranch flavor.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes, then pierce them with a fork.
  3. Bake the potatoes for about 45 minutes or until tender.
  4. Let the potatoes cool slightly, then cut them in half and scoop out some of the flesh.
  5. Brush the potato skins with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake the skins for an additional 10-15 minutes until crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and fill each skin with cheese and bacon.
  8. Return to the oven and bake until the cheese is melted.
  9. Drizzle with ranch dressing and sprinkle with green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add jalapeños or other toppings of your choice.
  • These can be made ahead of time and reheated in the oven.
