Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
- Mix the cooked rice with ground chicken or beef (if using), along with herbs and spices.
- Stuff the bell peppers with the rice mixture, packing it tightly.
- Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and cover with cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until tender and cheese is bubbly.
