- 1 cup shredded buffalo chicken
- 1 cup ground beef
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 package of crescent roll dough
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the shredded buffalo chicken, ground beef, crumbled bacon, mozzarella cheese, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a generous spoonful of the filling mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll the dough around the filling, starting from the wide end and tucking in the sides to seal.
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
