- 9 lasagna noodles, cooked
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, then drain any excess grease.
- Combine the cooked ground beef, ricotta cheese, and 1 cup of marinara sauce in a mixing bowl and mix well.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Fill each lasagna noodle with the beef and cheese mixture and roll them up tightly, placing seam side down in the baking dish.
- Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the roll-ups and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving.
