Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the sliced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- Add the sliced bell pepper and onion to the skillet and sauté until softened.
- Stir in the ranch dressing and crumbled bacon, mixing well.
- Fill each hoagie roll with the chicken mixture.
- Top with shredded cheese and place under the broiler until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
