Description

Chicken Cordon Bleu Stromboli is a delightful fusion of classic flavors wrapped in a golden, crispy dough, perfect for a family dinner or a party appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 4 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 1 package of pizza dough
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. Spread Dijon mustard evenly over the dough.
  4. Layer the shredded chicken, ham, and Swiss cheese on top of the mustard.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Roll the dough tightly into a log and pinch the ends to seal.
  7. Brush the top with beaten egg and drizzle with olive oil.
  8. Cut slits on top of the stromboli for steam to escape.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
