Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 4 slices of ham
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1 package of pizza dough
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Spread Dijon mustard evenly over the dough.
- Layer the shredded chicken, ham, and Swiss cheese on top of the mustard.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and pinch the ends to seal.
- Brush the top with beaten egg and drizzle with olive oil.
- Cut slits on top of the stromboli for steam to escape.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add herbs like thyme or rosemary to the chicken.
- Serve with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.
