- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, and egg. Mix well.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs or kofta.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the kofta until browned and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix yogurt with lemon juice and a pinch of salt.
- Serve the kofta hot with the yogurt sauce on the side.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken mixture for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Serve with pita bread or rice for a complete meal.
