Description

- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
- Sprinkle paprika over the chicken and cook until browned.
- Pour in chicken broth, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Stir in sour cream and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve over egg noodles or dumplings.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- Serve with a side of crusty bread to soak up the sauce.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
