Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in bell pepper and onion, cooking until softened.

- Toast hoagie rolls in the oven until golden.
- Fill each roll with the chicken teriyaki mixture.
