- 2 large cucumbers
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup water

Instructions
- Wash and slice the cucumbers into thin rounds.
- In a bowl, mix the vinegar, water, sugar, salt, chili flakes, lime juice, and minced garlic until the sugar and salt dissolve.
- Add the cucumber slices to the mixture and stir to coat.
- Transfer the cucumbers and marinade to a jar or airtight container.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
