- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

- 1 large egg yolk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar.
- Add softened butter and egg yolk, and mix until a dough forms.
- Press the dough into tartlet pans and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- In a saucepan, combine granulated sugar and heavy cream over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
- Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips, corn syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate caramel mixture into the baked tartlet shells.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Ensure the tartlet shells are completely cooled before adding the filling.
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
- These tartlets can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
