- 1 pre-made chocolate pie crust
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the melted chocolate into the cream cheese mixture, then gently fold in the whipped cream.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the pie crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Top with fresh raspberries before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate instead of semi-sweet.
- Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.
