- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Combine the grated zucchini, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
- Whisk the cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar, and brown sugar in another bowl.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips to distribute them throughout the batter.
- Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
