Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine water, butter, and salt. Bring to a boil.
  2. Add flour and stir until a dough forms. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Pipe the dough into small cups on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  7. In a separate bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon for the topping.
  8. Once the cups are baked and cooled, fill them with the cream mixture and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
