Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine water, butter, and salt. Bring to a boil.

- Pipe the dough into small cups on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon for the topping.
- Once the cups are baked and cooled, fill them with the cream mixture and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Notes
