Description

Coconut Lime Grilled Chicken Thighs are a flavorful and zesty dish that combines the tropical taste of coconut with the tanginess of lime, perfect for summer grilling.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 limes (juiced and zested)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (grated)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix coconut milk, lime juice, lime zest, honey, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade and let them marinate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
