- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- In a blender, combine cottage cheese, cocoa powder, honey (or maple syrup), melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
- Add baking powder and salt to the mixture and blend again until well combined.

- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
