Description

Cottage Cheese Brownies are a delicious and guilt-free dessert option that combines the rich flavor of chocolate with the health benefits of cottage cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a blender, combine cottage cheese, cocoa powder, honey (or maple syrup), melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add baking powder and salt to the mixture and blend again until well combined.
  4. If using, fold in dark chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
