Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, cream cheese, green onions, mayonnaise, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls or patties.
  5. Place the crab balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
