Description

Delicious turkey meatballs coated in a sweet and tangy cranberry BBQ sauce, perfect for entertaining guests.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined and form into meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. In a saucepan, combine cranberry sauce and BBQ sauce over medium heat until warmed.
  7. Toss the cooked meatballs in the cranberry BBQ sauce before serving.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add some red pepper flakes to the meatball mixture.
  • These meatballs can be made ahead of time and frozen for later use.
