Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can of crescent roll dough
  • 8 oz brie cheese, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Fresh rosemary (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  3. Place a piece of brie cheese and a spoonful of cranberry sauce on each triangle.
  4. Fold the dough over the filling to create a pocket and pinch the edges to seal.
  5. Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
  8. Garnish with fresh rosemary if desired.

Notes

  • For a sweeter flavor, use cranberry sauce with added sugar or honey.
  • These bites can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
  • Experiment with different cheeses or add nuts for extra texture.
