- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon orange zest

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the glaze: In a saucepan over medium heat, combine cranberry sauce, orange juice, orange zest, honey, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and warmed through.
- Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan, breast side up.
- Brush the glaze generously over the turkey breast, reserving some for later.
- Roast the turkey in the preheated oven for about 1.5 to 2 hours, until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Baste the turkey with its glaze every 30 minutes.
- Let the turkey rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serve with the remaining glaze.
