Ingredients

  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the glaze: In a saucepan over medium heat, combine cranberry sauce, orange juice, orange zest, honey, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and warmed through.
  3. Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan, breast side up.
  4. Brush the glaze generously over the turkey breast, reserving some for later.
  5. Roast the turkey in the preheated oven for about 1.5 to 2 hours, until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Baste the turkey with its glaze every 30 minutes.
  7. Let the turkey rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serve with the remaining glaze.
