Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken breasts with the mixture.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  4. In a separate pot, steam the broccoli florets until tender.
  5. In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and parsley to make the creamy garlic sauce.
  6. Slice the grilled chicken and serve it over the steamed broccoli.
  7. Drizzle the creamy garlic sauce over the chicken and broccoli before serving.
