- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy; remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add the onion, bell peppers, and garlic to the skillet; sauté until softened.
- Stir in the Cajun seasoning, chicken broth, and heavy cream; bring to a simmer.
- Add the cooked pasta and bacon to the skillet; toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste; garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier dish, add more Cajun seasoning or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
