Description

A delicious and creamy dish featuring tortellini tossed in a rich provolone cheese sauce with classic cheesesteak flavors.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz tortellini
  • 1 lb beef steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper; sauté until softened.
  4. Add the beef steak to the skillet and cook until browned.
  5. Reduce heat and stir in the heavy cream and provolone cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet and toss to combine.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add sliced jalapeños.
