- 12 oz tortellini
- 1 lb beef steak, thinly sliced
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onion and bell pepper; sauté until softened.
- Add the beef steak to the skillet and cook until browned.
- Reduce heat and stir in the heavy cream and provolone cheese until melted and creamy.
- Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet and toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- For a spicier version, add sliced jalapeños.
- Can substitute chicken or turkey for the beef.
