- 12 large pasta shells
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente; drain carefully and set aside to cool slightly.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and crumbly; drain excess fat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until creamy.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the beef mixture, pressing slightly to fit.
- Arrange the stuffed shells in a baking dish.
- Pour the marinara sauce over the shells and dollop with cream cheese.
- Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; then remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Make-ahead: Assemble a day in advance and refrigerate. Adjust baking time if baking from chilled.
