Ingredients

- 1 pound beef meatballs
- 8 ounces pasta (e.g., penne or rotini)
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Combine the beef broth, chopped onion, and minced garlic in the crockpot.
- Add the beef meatballs, gently stirring to coat.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- Stir in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese into the crockpot after the cooking time is up.
- Fold in the cooked pasta, mixing well.
- Season with salt and pepper as needed.
- Serve warm garnished with fresh parsley.
