  • 1 can (4 oz) diced jalapeños
  • 1 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, sauté the diced onion and minced garlic until translucent.
  2. Add the shredded chicken, white beans, diced jalapeños, corn, chicken broth, cumin, and chili powder. Stir to combine.
