- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the diced chicken. Cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Stir in the spinach and artichokes, cooking until the spinach is wilted.
- Pour in the cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and combined.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet and mix well to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot.
