Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup crushed cheddar-flavored crackers
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine crushed crackers, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Slather each chicken breast with mayonnaise.
  4. Coat each mayonnaise-covered chicken breast in the cracker and cheese mixture.
  5. Place the coated chicken in a baking dish, ensuring space between each piece.
  6. Pop the dish into the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.

Notes
