Description

Delicious crispy rolls filled with creamy feta and fresh herbs, drizzled with sweet chili honey.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • 10 sheets Phyllo Pastry
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/3 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Herbs (Parsley or Dill), chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the feta mixture by mixing crumbled feta, herbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Lay out a sheet of phyllo, brush lightly with olive oil.
  4. Spoon about a tablespoon of the feta mixture at one end of the phyllo.
  5. Roll it up tightly, tucking in the sides to seal.
  6. Place rolls on a baking sheet and brush tops with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
  8. Heat sweet chili sauce and honey together in a saucepan.
  9. Drizzle the warm sweet chili honey over the baked rolls and serve.
