Ingredients

- 1 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
- 10 sheets Phyllo Pastry
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1/3 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1/4 cup Fresh Herbs (Parsley or Dill), chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the feta mixture by mixing crumbled feta, herbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Lay out a sheet of phyllo, brush lightly with olive oil.
- Spoon about a tablespoon of the feta mixture at one end of the phyllo.
- Roll it up tightly, tucking in the sides to seal.
- Place rolls on a baking sheet and brush tops with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Heat sweet chili sauce and honey together in a saucepan.
- Drizzle the warm sweet chili honey over the baked rolls and serve.
