- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried dill

Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
- Dip each cauliflower floret first in the flour mixture, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry the cauliflower bites in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- For the Spicy Ranch, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, hot sauce, dill, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Serve the crispy cauliflower bites hot with the Spicy Ranch dipping sauce.
