- 1 cup lettuce

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken thighs in buttermilk for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Remove chicken from buttermilk, allowing excess to drip off, then coat in the flour mixture.
- Fry the chicken in hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and hot sauce to create the spicy mayo.
- Assemble the sandwich by placing fried chicken on the bun, adding lettuce, tomato, and a generous spread of spicy mayo.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
