Ingredients

  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 cup of ranch dressing for dipping

Instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
  5. Dip each mushroom in the flour mixture, then in the eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  7. Fry the mushrooms in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  8. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  9. Serve hot with ranch dressing for dipping.
