Crispy Fried Mushrooms served with a creamy ranch dip, perfect as an appetizer or snack.
Ingredients

- 1 pound of fresh mushrooms
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
- 1 cup of ranch dressing for dipping
Instructions
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
- Dip each mushroom in the flour mixture, then in the eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the mushrooms in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with ranch dressing for dipping.
Notes
- Ensure the oil is hot enough before frying to achieve crispiness.
- Feel free to add spices to the flour mixture for extra flavor.
- Leftover mushrooms can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
