Description

A delicious and healthy side dish featuring Brussels sprouts coated in a crispy Parmesan crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
  4. Coat the Brussels sprouts with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Spread the coated Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some Italian seasoning to the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Make sure to spread the Brussels sprouts out evenly on the baking sheet for even cooking.
  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
