Ingredients

- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Coat the Brussels sprouts with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Spread the coated Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some Italian seasoning to the breadcrumb mixture.
- Make sure to spread the Brussels sprouts out evenly on the baking sheet for even cooking.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
