- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup wild rice, uncooked
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add shredded chicken, uncooked wild rice, chicken broth, diced carrots, celery, chopped onion, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper into the Crockpot.
- Stir to blend everything together so the flavors harmonize.
- Cover the Crockpot and set to cook on low for 6–8 hours.
- Gently stir in the heavy cream about 30 minutes before serving.
- Taste and adjust seasoning before serving warm.
Notes
