Description

A delightful crustless quiche filled with creamy eggs, vibrant spinach, earthy mushrooms, and aromatic herbs.


Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup baby spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely diced
  • 1 cup cheddar or Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives or parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together the eggs and milk until smooth.
  3. Stir in the spinach, mushrooms, onion, and cheese.
  4. Add the olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; mix thoroughly.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until set and lightly golden.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool a few minutes before slicing.
  8. Garnish with chives or parsley before serving.
