Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • Oil for frying
  • Additional powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, blueberries, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Place a spoonful of the cheesecake mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  3. Moisten the edges of the wonton with water, fold over to create a triangle, and seal the edges tightly.
