Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 cup roasted corn
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the steak with salt and pepper, then grill or pan-sear to your desired doneness.
  2. While the steak is cooking, prepare the creamy cilantro drizzle by blending cilantro, Greek yogurt, lime juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Slice the avocado and set aside.
