- 6 large eggs
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of water and bringing it to a boil. Once boiling, cover and remove from heat, letting them sit for 12 minutes.
- Cool the eggs in cold water, then peel and chop them into small pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard until smooth.
- Add the chopped eggs, celery, and green onions to the mixture, stirring gently to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a healthier version, you can reduce the amount of mayonnaise.
