Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of water and bringing it to a boil. Once boiling, cover and remove from heat, letting them sit for 12 minutes.
  2. Cool the eggs in cold water, then peel and chop them into small pieces.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard until smooth.
  4. Add the chopped eggs, celery, and green onions to the mixture, stirring gently to combine.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
