Description

A comforting Dumpling Ramen Bowl filled with savory dumplings, tender ramen noodles, and vibrant greens in a rich broth.


Ingredients

  • Dumplings (fresh or frozen)
  • Ramen Noodles
  • Eggs
  • Fresh Greens (spinach, bok choy, or mushrooms)
  • Broth (chicken, pork, or vegetable)
  • Soy Sauce
  • Scallions
  • Sesame Oil

Instructions

  1. Simmer the broth in a large pot over medium heat. Add dumplings and cook according to package instructions.
  2. Cook the ramen noodles in a separate pot, then drain and set aside.
  3. Prepare the soft-boiled eggs for about 6-7 minutes. Transfer to an ice bath, then peel and slice in half.
  4. Assemble by adding noodles to serving bowls and ladling broth with dumplings over the top.
