Ingredients
- Dumplings (fresh or frozen)
- Ramen Noodles
- Eggs

Instructions
- Simmer the broth in a large pot over medium heat. Add dumplings and cook according to package instructions.
- Cook the ramen noodles in a separate pot, then drain and set aside.
- Prepare the soft-boiled eggs for about 6-7 minutes. Transfer to an ice bath, then peel and slice in half.
- Assemble by adding noodles to serving bowls and ladling broth with dumplings over the top.
