Instructions

  1. Slice the cucumbers in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
  2. Cut the cucumbers into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cucumbers, imitation crab meat, avocado, and green onions.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
