Ingredients

  • 4 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced zucchinis, beaten eggs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the zucchinis are tender.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
