- 4 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced zucchinis, beaten eggs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the zucchinis are tender.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the mixture.
