Instructions
- Place the beef stew meat and chopped onion in the crockpot.
- Add the beef broth, mushrooms, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the beef is tender.
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry.
- Stir the slurry into the crockpot and cook for an additional 30 minutes to thicken the sauce.
- Meanwhile, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions.
- Serve the beef tips over the cooked noodles.
