- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 avocado

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey and lime juice to create a marinade.
- Marinate the chicken breasts in the honey lime mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill or pan-fry the chicken until fully cooked.
- In a separate bowl, mash the avocado and mix it with the cooked rice and cilantro.
- Layer the avocado rice mixture and sliced chicken in stacks.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
