Description

Delightful stuffing balls that combine ground turkey and cranberry sauce for a perfect holiday treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 cups stuffing mix
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth (if needed)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for baking)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the ground turkey, stuffing mix, cranberry sauce, celery, onion, sage, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well integrated.
  4. If the mixture appears too dry, drizzle in chicken broth gradually until you achieve a moist, workable consistency.
  5. Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1-2 inches in diameter.
  6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place your formed balls on it, giving them space to expand.
  7. Drizzle the formed balls with olive oil.
  8. Bake in your preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free stuffing mix and ensure your broth is gluten-free.
