- 10 large fresh jalapeño peppers
- 1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the shrimp with Cajun seasoning in a bowl.
- Combine the seasoned shrimp with the softened cream cheese until well mixed.
- Stuff the jalapeño halves with the shrimp mixture.
- Place the stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the shrimp turn opaque.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
You can prep the stuffed jalapeños a day in advance. For a spicier kick, use smaller jalapeños.
