Description

Ingredients

  • 2 oz brie cheese
  • 2 tbsp fig jam
  • 1/2 cup fresh arugula
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Spread fig jam on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Layer brie cheese on top of the fig jam.
  3. Add fresh arugula on top of the brie.
  4. Top with the second slice of bread, jam side down.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter.
  6. Place the sandwich in the skillet and grill until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  7. Remove from skillet, slice, and serve warm.
